How much does postage and packing cost on merchandise orders?
When can I expect to receive my merchandise order? If you place your order before 12.30pm your order will be dispatched that day, other orders will be dispatched the next day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery once payment has cleared. Merchandise Returns Policy: Please ensure that you write your name and postcode on any returns, without this we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be processed. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. CD’s, videos, games and DVD’s will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty.
