How much does pilot training cost?

0

Here in the states it cost about $4,000 just to get a Private Pilots License. That’s about 2,400 Pounds. And that’s just for a Private License, which only allows you to fly with smaller planes and you can do very little with it besides fly yourself and others around. For commercial training, yes the military is better. However you need exceptional grades and the desire to fly in the military. Only 4% of the Air Force is pilots. You need to become an officer first, which is hard enough, then you need to attempt pilot training school and see if you are accepted. It’s very difficult but if you have the grades and the willpower, go for it! Nothing’s impossible. Then when you get out of the military you will be fully qualified for commercial flying. If you don’t go with the military it will cost you about 600,000 Pounds between the training, aircraft, fuel, etc. to even be considered for a commercial pilot. Hope this helps!
