How much does PGD cost and is there any NHS funding?
If we are able to offer a couple PGD we can apply to their local Primary Care Trust (PCT) or Local Health Board (LHB) to request funding for treatment. In a recent review nearly 70% of those couples coming through for treatment obtained NHS funding. If funding is not available then a couple can pay for a treatment cycle themselves.
