i personally would not go near pets at home for any pet or for help on a sick pet any time i have got a pet from them or seen on of their vets the animal had died. i tend to go to smaller pet shops not these big chain ones and i have no more problems all my pets are healthy now. a word of advice go and see a vet in a proper vet surgery and never get any more animals from pets at home.
