How much does Online Rent-Payment really cost? Are there hidden fees?
You can add Online Rent-Payment to any plan for $5.00 dollars per unit per month. There are no per-use transaction fees for echecks or paper checks, no setup fees and no cancellation fees. There are no additional fees involved unless a tenant bounces a check or makes a payment with insufficient funds. In the event that a tenant bounces a check or submits the payments with insufficient funds, there is a service fee of $25 per incident. In the event that a tenant reverses a payment after RentometerPro has deposited rent to your bank account, RentometerPro will in turn reverse the payment from your bank account.
