How much does one SMS cost?
Our rates are 27c per SMS. Please note that these prices exclude VAT. Our VAT registration number is 4660238587. Price changes happen approximately once a year in August. Credits are adjusted to reflect the new price of SMS messages. International SMS messages costs 8 credits each. This does not include SMS messages to roaming local cell phones, but only numbers to foreign cell phone numbers. Expect this to also change once a year: the world wide SMS markets are in constant flux! CommunitySMS is a South African service, so if you’re not South African, this item probably applies to you.
