How much does living at The Club at Briarcliff Manor cost?
As with many Continuing Care Retirement Communities, The Club at Briarcliff Manor will have an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. It will not be a real estate transaction where a resident or family owns a “title” to a unit. Entrance fees and monthly fees are based on the size of the residence selected and whether one or two residents occupy the home. Entrance fees start at $752,000, and monthly services fees (including real estate taxes) start at $3,400. The entrance fee will be a one-time fee based on the size and location of the unit and number of occupants. At this time, the entrance fee is 90% refundable to the resident or their designee when they leave the community. This entrance fee could be viewed as a “membership fee” to The Club at Briarcliff Manor.
