If your institution is in a Band 1 country then HINARI is free. If you live in a Band 2 country, HINARI costs US $1000 per institution per calendar year (from January through December). This cost remains fixed no matter what point during the calendar year you choose to pay. For instance, if you pay in April, you will have access from April to December of that calendar year.
