How much does it cost to use 3jam SuperText?
Sending messages to US phone numbers is always free from 3jam. You will not be charged by either 3jam or your carrier. It is also always free to send messages to a non-US user’s web inbox. This means that they’re either online or have set their “Send replies to my phone” setting to Never. If you send a message to a non-US user, and that user is offline (or has set their “Send replies to my phone” setting to Always), then you will be charged a small amount to cover the cost of sending them the text message. You can find the price to send messages to various countries here. You will be charged this amount regardless of whether you’re sending from your phone (i.e. replying to a message) or the web site. Please note that any time you send or receive a text message on your phone, normal text messaging rates apply. Check with your wireless carrier if you have questions about standard text message rates or your specific text messaging plan.
