How much does it cost to transfer the registrar of their domain names?
Transferring the registrar of a domain name is $15.00 per year ($17.00 per year for .co.uk) for each year of registration fee. For example, a domain name transferred to Aplonis costs $15.00 for the first year ($17.00 for .co.uk), and all additional years will cost $15.00 each ($17.00 for .co.uk). When the registrar of your domain name is transferred, you can renew your domain name for just $15.00 per year ($17.00 per year for .co.uk). A transfered registration can only be renewed for a period of up to 9 years. It is not possible to renew a transfered registration for longer then 9 years. A current registration may be renewed for 10 years but not a transfered registration.
