The fee for transferring the registrant of a domain name is 15 euro, which can be paid for by the current registrant, the prospective (new) registrant, or a third party. However, the prospective (new) registrant is held responsible for the fee, if it is not paid. The remainder of the existing registration term is then transferred to the new registrant.
