How much does it cost to study medicine at a Romanian University?
The university fees for undergraduate studies towards a Bachelor of Medicine is $3600 (USD) per year. This includes all lab, practical/clinical and tuition fees. Books, accommodation and other expenses are the responsibility of the student. At the end of the 6year program, students are required to write the Romanian license exam which costs $1000 (USD – 2007). E.U. citizens pay between €1200 and € 4000 for tuition fees due to agreements amongst E.U. member countries.
