Storage costs are calculated as a one-time “load fee,” with no additional charges for unlimited retrieval during the term of the contract. The load fee per document or for data will vary depending upon: document length; the number of search indexes requested; the amount of data loaded; and the length of time images and data is to be stored in the archives. Other fees may apply for custom programming or other extra services.
