How much does it cost to ship a batch of letters?

Whenever possible, we try and send the letters with staff or volunteers when they travel, but the two to three trips per year don’t always line up with the batches. So usually the letters are boxed up and shipped via FedEx for $400 to $600 per batch, depending on the number of boxes.
