I assume you mean for simulation. If your simulation is limited to just a PC and keyboard/mouse, it costs no more than the cost of the simulation software. Microsoft Flight Simulator or X-Plane can be had for prices varying between £15 and £60. The next step up would be a joystick, potentially with a throttle quadrant, and perhaps rudder pedals. These might cost you a total of £100 more or so. You might also invest in some add-on aircraft for your sim, which are vastly more realistic and accurate than the default aircraft furnished with the simulator software itself. That would bring your total expenditure to perhaps £200 or so. Beyond that, prices start to rise rapidly. There are companies that produce instrument panels or portions of panels and various controls that resemble or duplicate those of specific real aircraft, but you can expect to pay hundreds of pounds for each item.
