HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RUN SECA?
Administrative and fund-raising expenses (brochure, pledge card, mailings, etc…) for SECA have averaged 10.8% over the past three years. Last year over 90 cents of every dollar actually received is distributed to the participating organizations. In addition to the costs of running SECA, 3.9% (three year average) of gifts pledged in the campaign are not collected due to retirement, changes in employment or canceled pledges.
