How many times can I take the examination? There is no limit to the number of times an individual can retake the examination until they achieve a passing score. Keep in mind that if you fail the examination you must submit a Retake Application Form before you will be allowed to retest. Back to Top Can I withdraw my application? You may withdraw your application at any point up to one business day prior to your test appointment by submitting a written request to FSMTB. Fees are refundable, minus a $45 processing fee. Requests to withdraw your application that are received by FSMTB less than one business day prior to testing will not be honored and all fees will be forfeited.
