Yale Affiliated Groups $1,000 without Admissions fees $1,500 with Admissions fees • In addition, Facilities, Police and Custodial charges will be posted directly to on-campus charging number (PATEO). • A Stage Manager is required for all events. For events in excess of four hours the hourly rate of $25 will be charged to your on-campus charging number (PATEO). We will make arrangements for these services. • Any fee reductions require pre-approval by the Yale University Office of New Haven and State Affairs. • Fees for extra services may be required Non Affiliated Groups $2,500 • Additional fees, which will be detailed in advance, may apply. Groups outside of Yale University must have an official Yale department or organization sponsor their application.
