How much does it cost to rent chairs and a tent for a wedding?
It depends on your location, how many chairs and what size tent you need… Just to give you an idea: I am planning for 250-275 guest. For the tent,sides to the tents with cathedral windows, tables, chairs and a dance floor (which I am guessing you may need as well) the total cost was just under$3,000.00 and that included deliver, set up, tear down, and pick up. Whatever you do, check with every rental place that will service the area you live in. I found the prices vary quite a bit with different companies, and if I wouldn’t have found the company that I ended up going with, I would have spent around $5,000.00. Also, some places will give you a discount if you rent everything from them. So if you find a place that has say the tent and tables at a cheaper price, but the chairs are cheaper some place else, explain that to them and they may work with you so that you will get everything from them.
