New cabinetry is really the variable. I usually charge $1500 -$2000 to make a custom cabinet out of cedar. The spa pack or electronics is the next variable, from a simple one pump and heater to 3 pumps, blower and a Auxiliary outlet for something such as fiber optics, stereo, tv etc. You can really get your hot tub hot rodded!
