How much does it cost to live at Theta Xi?
Theta Xi has only two fees. The semesterly cost is $2,800 which includes room, board, insurance dues, social fees, and many other expenses necessary to run the fraternity. Associate Members that are to be activated must pay a one-time fee of $300 to our National organization that covers their life-long membership into Theta Xi. Return to the top Why Theta Xi? We believe that, since this is our fraternity, we must work together to ensure that it succeeds. We strive to strengthen the ties that create our life-long friendships while working to make Theta Xi the best fraternity we can be.
