Because care is tailored to individual needs, residents pay only for the services they require (in addition to the basic room rent rates). Each resident’s rate is determined by a thorough assessment by the assessment team, which consists of the Care Supervisor, Licensed Nurse, and the Administrator. We use a point-value system based on the amount of time and level of assistance a resident may require. The rate can be adjusted as a resident’s needs change. This way, each resident receives just the right amount of assistance he or she needs to live with independence and dignity. And behind the scenes, there is a well-run business in place that is dedicated to delivering the quality of care and services residents enjoy that’s worth the price they pay.
