How much does it cost to invest in Alture Properties?
Every investment is unique and priced differently. A minimum investment of $10,000 is required with any of our funds. Typically, fund investment amounts tend to be between $25,000 and $50,000. Some individual projects provide an opportunity for much larger investment amounts, starting in the $250,000 range. The purchase of condominium units usually requires a down payment amount in the $30,000 to $50,000 range.
