The only residential systems that are required by the TCEQ, to have an ongoing maintenance contract are those with secondary treatment, i.e. aerobic treatment systems. At Jernan Construction, we charge $175.00 for an annual maintenance agreement on a residential treatment system. This cost includes three (3) inspections, one every four (4) months.
