At Southeast Investments, we believe in active asset management. We are not passive. Passive asset managers fee your account and do little for it. Our goal is to actively position you long, i.e. owning the market in up-trends, and try to actively position your assets to benefit from downtrends. If we do something in your account, you will pay us. If we do not, you will not. Passive asset managers charge and do nothing.
