You will want to call us to learn more about our plans; however we do have a plan where the monthly management fees are as low as $100 as a minimum or 10.0% of the monthly rent, whichever is greater, per Property managed by Real Estate Agent. Leasing Fee: Depending on which plan you choose, we also have a plan where the Leasing Fee is equal to one month’s rent. The leasing fee pays the real estate commission which is accompanied by putting your property on the MLS.
