The fee for filing a Notice of Appeal is $55.00. The fee for filing a Notice of Motion for leave to appeal, as well as all other motions is $15.00. The fee for filing an Order or Certificate of Decision is $10.00. Payment by cheque or money order is to be made payable to the Minister of Finance.
