How much does it cost to establish an IDP Council Record?
A. There are three possible cost scenarios: 1. $265.00 one time up-front fee paid to NCARB now to establish your IDP Council Record, and maintain it for three years, plus $35.00 per year for time beyond the three year prepaid period for maintaining your Record. 2. If you are a current student or have graduated within the past 6 months, pay $50.00 to NCARB now, with the remainder ($215.00) paid at the time you ask NCARB to send your Record to the state licensing board to be eligible to sit for the Architect Registration Examination.
