How much does it cost to buy a pub in the Dominican Republic?
There is definitly no need for more bars and pubs in the Dominican Republic as half of them or even more do not have any customers at all and close and reopen on a regular basis. You would need to get residency, business permit and you would have to pay taxes aswell, and living in the Dominican Republic is expensive, so you would need to make a lot of money with it. In general, nobody should invest any money in their first year here, first come down and get to know the country and the people, because you may not like it at all and then you’re stuck with your business.
