I don`t know what area you are in, but to put a crawl space in our area with a solid 8″ x 18″ concrete footer and a solid 8″ x 4` solid concrete wall for a 1500 sq. home you are in the $10,900. 00 range, this would be all the foundation tile, center supports, visqueen, all gravel and 1 1/2 Styrofoam insulation on the walls and the box sill insulated once the house is set, including all excavation.
