TUITION RATES beginning in the Fall 2006 semester In-State resident: $81.55 per semester credit hour Out-of State resident: $246.60 per semester credit hour A student’s residence status is determined by Section 23-7.4 of the Code of Virginia. Domicile Exceptions – Certain students who are in the United States on a nonimmigrant visa are eligible to establish domicile in the state of Virginia, and are, therefore, eligible for our in-state tuition rates. The student must provide necessary immigration and/or state financial documentation to the Central Admissions and Records Office.
