The PAX System is a Department of Army product and as such the Army’s Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM) office funds the costs for the authorized Army user. There is a small charge for other Government Agencies to basically re-coup expenses for computer usage and there are no licenses agreements.
