How much does it cost (per square foot) to build a home?
It is really unfair and very difficult to determine a homes price solely based on square footage. So we do not price homes in this manner as it would not only be unfair to the buyer, but it would also not be fair to us as the builder. We price each home part individually so that we can determine a fair and accurate price for each home and customer.
This is by far the number one question consumers ask us. The analogy we like to use is comparing this to be “how much does a bag of groceries cost?” The quick answer is “it depends”. It depends on what style, size, what amenities you are expecting to be included. Typically if we ask you a couple dozen questions about your needs and desires, we can more accurately answer that question for you.
