Resident fees cover the cost of providing a home and all of its furnishings, all of the expenses associated with running a home such as utilities, food, and travel expenses to and from activities, doctor’s visits, etc. Community transportation is arranged for those who work on a daily basis. Consult with an accountant to determine any tax-deductibility options that may be available for the fees paid for residency.
