How much does it cost for custom changes?
At G. Brizendine Homes, we welcome changes to your individual floorplan while we are in the planning stages. We want to help you make it YOUR home. With this spirit of flexibility in mind, we do not charge for changes that do not add materials or additional square footage of living area. Changes that do incur material costs are priced fairly. In contrast, many “semi-custom” or production/tract builders claim they allow custom changes and then penalize you with ridiculous fees for a room re-design primarily to discourage you from making the changes you desire.
