How much does it cost for a new client to sign up with EBPS?
We offer a wide variety of services for both small and medium size companies. Our EBPP technology is unique and enables implementation of bill delivery and payment systems quickly with little disruption to a client’s operations. Average monthly recurring costs per invoice vary depending on the mix of how invoices are delivered and how payments are made by customers. There is a one time sign-up fee of $299 and the only fixed monthly costs are the maintenance charge of $119 and the credit card maintenance charge of $5. Any additional charges are based solely on the number and nature of how invoices are distributed on a monthly basis as well as the method by which payments are received. Average cost for distributing invoices and collecting payments on those invoices should average slightly more than $1.00 each.
