How much does Executive Coaching cost?
I offer a variety of coaching packages for both individuals and organizations. For Individuals: The typical cost for individual coaching is $600 per month for three 50-minute sessions per month. This may include additional components such as assessments. I require a three-month minimum contract. For Organizations: Organizational coaching works a little differently. After an initial complimentary consultation, I develop a customized proposal to meet the needs of your company. In addition to one-on-one coaching, the proposal may include workshops, assessments, job shadowing, and team coaching. The typical cost for organizational coaching is $3,000 per month per participant and includes three 50-minute coaching sessions each month for each participant. I require a six-month minimum contract for organizational coaching.
