How much does Document Nation charge to scan files?
Document Nation believes in making business as simple as possible. While other companies “nickel and dime” the customer for every service, Document Nation believes in offering one flat rate for all the services. While Document Nation does not “count pages” a Document Nation representative will come by to review your file sizes and discuss your storage needs, and then quote your company a flat rate. Our flat rate will be a comprehensive fee covering all services, including, but not limited to file pickup, pre-scanning data input, file prep, scanning, storing the docs on two CDs and on a secured internet website, storing the hard-copy documents in an offsite storage vault for up to 3 years, and eventually shredding the hard-copy files. We also offer a free, unlimited file fax-back retrieval service.
