How much does coaching cost?

Prices are listed in Euros as it is the most stable currency at this time and my clients are predominantly in the USA and Europe. You can also find a currency converter there. The coaching relationship is not a therapeutic relationship, or a replacement for therapy. It is not a New Age phenomenon. It is a practical path to success in an integrated life that includes mind/body/spirit. We are partnering in removing the obstacles in your career and lifestyle. Coaching is having someone there to encourage you and help you improve your life; not to “feel your pain” and wallow in it with you. For individual coaching, a monthly fee is charged and paid at the beginning of the month prior to the first coaching session each month. The monthly fee for individual and group coaching will vary depending on the coaching package that you choose. If you choose to use additional assessments and/or services that are not included in the monthly fee, there will be a separate fee.
Answer I charge $350 for an Intake Session that is 2 to 2.5 hours in length. For an average month of 4 X 1- hour coaching sessions fees are between $500 and $900. This also covers email support during the week for check-ins and accountability when working on creating new habits. Coaching fees can be paid by credit card, Bill Pay, PayPal or check. I charge $350 per month for coaching. This includes two 60-minute scheduled coaching sessions by phone or in person in Seattle, a written recap of each session that also details the action plan clients have committed to follow, up to 20 minutes of additional coaching time by phone if desired, and email support between sessions. Clients pay for coaching at the beginning of the month. A monthly commitment to coaching helps clients stay focused on accomplishing their desired goals. At the beginning of our work we estimate about how many months (generally one to four) we think I’ll be coaching the client to achieve the results she or he wants. At the end of each month we decide either to commit to another month of coaching, take a break, or celebrate all that the client has achieved and end the coaching partnership. Coaching is cost-effective, with a documented return-on-investment of more than 500%. Six months of coaching is less than the cost of attending a 3-day training program, doesn’t require travel and achieves far greater and longer-lasting results. Dependent on the package you choose, phone-based coaching can start at around $500 per month. Coaching programs that include face to face meetings can also be arranged.
