How much does CasaBarbarita.com Buyer Brokerage charge for its service?
Our fee depends on the nature and scope of the work we are engaged to undertake on behalf of a client. We offer the flexibility of a pre-arranged fixed fee regardless of the eventual purchase price of the property. For our complete property consultancy service, we charge an up-front Retainer Fee upon being appointed to commence the property search. Once a suitable property has been located and successfully purchased, we then charge a final Success Fee once contracts have been exchanged.
