What if my equipment is obsolete or no longer supported by its manufacturer? Can you repair our equipment (medical, laboratory, or veterinary) even though we’re not in San Diego County? Our facility is located in northern San Diego County but we receive equipment from all over the United States, shipped to us for service and repairs and then shipped back to our clients. The cost of shipping is covered by the clients, so it’s generally up to a client to decide whether the cost of shipping is worth it (considering the size and weight of the equipment).
