How much does an application for intervention or guardianship order cost?
A. The cost for lodging an application with the court is approximately 80 and the Public Guardian’s registration fee is currently 70. However, there are certain circumstances when the Public Guardian will consider waiving the registration fee. You may wish to note that additional fees may be charged by medical practitioners for their reports, legal fees and fees for completion of financial reports (where applicable).
