For a list of accommodation prices please see the Postgraduate Guide to Self-Catering Prices. Please note, however, that the fees for accommodation are not usually confirmed until around March. Rooms in University flats and houses are let to postgraduates for either 40 weeks (Welcome Week, the three 10-week terms and the Christmas and Easter vacations) or for 51 weeks including Welcome Week.
