Is this true, and do I qualify? Through its stipend program, the EKD (Evangelical Church in Germany) awards numerous scholarships annually to its international and ecumenical partners. Two of the stipends have been earmarked for members of the ELCA, and the ELCA Wittenberg Center has been asked to assist in the identification of suitable ELCA candidates for these two awards.
