I have never heard of a licensed or bonded psychic anywhere, even in California. How would they award a license? Those with authentic psychic abilities are born with them, and licenses are granted to practitioners with training and experience that can be supervised by longer-standing, knowledgeable people in that profession. There is no accredited training for psychics. People with psychic abilities vary too much individually, also, and licenses are based on standards. There is no standard for psychic practitioners. The characters on the popular TV series even differ greatly in their manifestations of psychic ability. The woman who IS undoubtedly trying to scam you out of thousands of dollars is unscrupulous, and you are clueless. A really spiritual person would not be feeding you this BS.
