how much does a porsche gt2 911 cost?
The GT2 is not in production at the moment, so pricing is largely a matter of how much the market can support. The original list price was about $180k as I recall… however, once the GT3 was introduced in the US, sales on the GT2 dropped so much that many dealers I know of were selling the GT2 for the same, or even a bit less than the GT3. With the new 997 GT3 out, I’d expect that would also force used GT2 prices down, though probably still hoovering right around the $100k area. At some point, there will probably be a 997 based GT2, and that will be back in the price range of the earlier GT2s (and will also likely drive the 996 GT2 a little lower).
