My health insurance company says the rate they reimburse for a “CARDIOVASCULAR STRESS TEST USING MAXIMAL OR SUBMAXIMAL TREADMILL OR BICYCLE EXERCISE” is $124. Of course this is the negotiated rate, so if you don’t have insurance it would likely be more. They may be additional charges for general evaluation too. They also have other variations that may be more expensive.
