Davidmt1: Every place you can work at pays differently. Also it depends on how long you’ve been in the field. For instance if you are a senior worker at NSSL ( National Severe Storms Labrotory) you can get paid eighty thousand dollars a year. If you were to work at a news station it would vary by location. To put it simply no place pays the same for a meteorologist making it an unstable life style.
