How much does a ecoLiving house cost?
Costs for the houses depends on the location, exterior facade upgrades added by the client, roofing used, square footage, local labor market, appliance upgrades and numerous other factors that go into a private residential dwelling. We have found that with all factors considered, the shell system for our houses is usually about 5% more than a conventional stick-framed shell. The true savings will be found in long-term operational costs, specifically with energy consumption.
