Depending on the role, compensation rates varry. Typically, a junior counselor will be paid $150 per week and a senior counselor will recieve around $200. We understand that being counselor at Camp Lor-Ray may mean leaving a summer job, so our compensations rates are slightly higher than most summer camps.
